Transcendence
To evolve into 110 – The Flickering Flame or 111 – Inner Candle, the Flicker of Thought must - Start small consistent actions that make the inner spark real — daily journaling, tiny creative output.
Build prāṇa through slow rhythmic breathwork, especially nadi shodhana (alternate nostril).
Reduce isolation — engage with 1–2 meaningful people regularly, not the internet.
