  • Always feels uneasy, can’t relax — like something is “off” internally.
  • Often engages in mindless habits (nail-biting, leg shaking, soft humming).
  • Low vitality, but can’t stay still — a kind of anxious inertia.
  • Escapes into distractions: background music, silent scrolling, snacks.
  • May appear quiet and lost, but inside there’s subtle turbulence.
  • Tends to overthink but underact. Mentally present, physically dull.
  • Struggles to finish tasks or speak up, even when there’s inner urge.

Transcendence

  • To rise toward 002 – Scattered Spark or 011 – Soft Flicker, this type must - Build prāṇa first through light rhythmic movement (gentle walking, slow breathwork).
  • Begin daily ojas rituals: warm milk at night, simple satvic meals, consistent sleep.
  • Stop background noise: remove TV/music while doing tasks.
  • Journal before sleeping — convert anxious restlessness into grounded thoughts.
  • Start speaking more openly, even if awkward — this unlocks tejas gradually.
  • Practice body awareness — scan the body from head to toe to anchor energy.

  • A school student who daydreams often, fidgets, but never speaks up.
  • Neville Longbottom (early Harry Potter) — awkward, uncertain, with subtle inner stirrings.
